It’s the most wonderful time of the year!
But deep down, you are concerned. Why? Because your schedule is starting to fill up with events riddled with full of sugary temptations: office parties, family get-togethers, nights out with friends, stocking stuffers for the kids and LOTS of sugar and drinks (or two).
Well, I am here to tell you something important. Are you listening?
It’s never too late to make a plan to go into the holidays STRONG!
I know that it is tough and you are thinking, “it’s hopeless”, especially if you are carrying a bit of excess weight. Years ago, I was where you are right now. I looked forward to decking the halls, but at the same time, it gave me anxiety. Why? Because between the hot chocolate and the gingerbread cookies, I knew I was going to overindulge. That is, until the day I said to myself:
“Lesslee, you have a problem with sugar.”
It was time to make a change. So I did some Googling and — eureka! I found a transformational coach that was perfect for me. That moment marked the first day of the rest of my life. She guided me through the steps of breaking the code to my sugar addiction by identifying the root of my emotional eating. That, right there, put me on the path to recovery. Finally, I was set free, guess what? You can be set free, too!
Positive mindset mixed with healthy choices and discipline got me to where I am today.
Am I perfect? No. No one ever is! But if you are reading this and your tummy is rumbling, encouraging you to nibble on just one more peppermint candy cane, I urge you to reach out to me. I am here to help set you up with tools and strategies to get through the holidays and BEYOND without having to gain that extra weight and create inflammation that negatively affects your health and well-being.
That means when the new year comes, you can have a plan and a box of tools to use to become a better version of yourself, inside and out.
