I’ve lost weight and inches!

Wow, where do I begin? I have lost over 25 pounds and almost as much in inches. Lost weight and have better health!

Before meeting Lesslee I was overweight, had low energy and poor health. So far I have lost a significant amount of weight/inches and my blood pressure is down all because of simple lifestyle and healthy eating habits Lesslee has taught me. I had tried several times over the years to lose weight, but nothing stuck, I’d go right back to my old ways of eating. Looking back, I realize that I didn’t have the information I needed to get lasting results. Lesslee held me accountable and reminded me of my commitment to myself, and yet had a very encouraging way about her at the same time.

Now, I am so much happier, I have more energy and I love being able to do activities that I wasn’t able to do before. I accomplished something that I believe will change the course of my life and I did this with my best friend and wife Karen. We both are committed to losing the rest of the weight and continuing our healthy lifestyle.

She created a path and I followed!

Last fall I decided I need to do something, my weight was at an all-time high and nothing was helping; I’d lose and then gain again. My main motivation was my family, since my mom has diabetes and high blood pressure and my father died of colon cancer at 39. After the initial consultation with Lesslee, I felt inspired and determined. She explained her vision for me and helped me create a path for exercising, eating healthy and clear goals for me to follow each month. She worked with me through two vacations, Orthodox Lent (40 days of vegan eating), and with me working two jobs. I am down 30 pounds and holding! I never felt uncomfortable because of being hungry. Day by day I felt more energized, healthier and leaner. The best part is that I feel like I won a lifelong battle with my body! I’m in control of what I eat and I have the knowledge and tools to live my life enjoying eating without guilt and extra pounds.

Working with Lesslee enabled me to change my eating for life; this wasn’t another diet, but a series of changes that enabled me to lose weight in a sustainable fashion. I learned how to combine nutrient-dense foods for maximized benefit, how to incorporate exercise into my busy schedule, and most importantly, Lesslee held me accountable for my chosen behavior goals. She did this with a wonderful smile and encouraging words when I needed it the most. My mother, God rest her soul, would never believe the way I am eating now. I lost 35 pounds, many inches and three pant sizes. I feel better than I have in years.

Lesslee educated me the correct way

Today is my last check-in with Lesslee for now. The best thing she has ever said is “I cannot outrun my fork :)! I recommend her highly to anyone wanting to change their life in getting healthy by eating healthy. I’ve lost 20lbs and moved my stomach to my chest and shoulders 🙂 My runs now are fast and not arduous. And, I can cook quickly, healthy, and foods my kids like to eat. I can grocery shop smart armed with knowledge how advertising sucks us in. This way of life she taught me is sustainable. And, her knowledge transferred to me has helped me educate my patients and has made me a lot better Pediatrician. Thank God for you Lesslee!!

Lost weight and inches without being hungry

After our first meeting, I knew that Lesslee’s dedication to a healthy lifestyle was exactly what I needed to motivate me to make a healthy change. In six short months I lost 20 pounds and almost 16 inches; all without going hungry! Her positive encouragement and amazing knowledge led me to incorporate exercising into my life, something I was not able to do before, and eating great food. I’d recommend Lesslee to anyone

I highly recommend Lesslee because she recognized what wasn’t working and helped me create solutions. She was always there for me and helped keep me on track. We started out slowly because I didn’t want a strict diet or too many changes. I wanted a lifestyle that I could maintain; I wanted the weight to stay off! She was organized, helped me with shopping and recipes, and stayed connected to me throughout. I’m now down over 30 pounds and am at the perfect weight for me. I got back to the basics with Lesslee’s help

I just celebrated my 61st birthday and am feeling better than I’ve felt in over a decade! It’s all thanks to Lesslee. When I started my nutritional path journey, I was initially skeptical of what additional information and knowledge Lesslee could provide me. I consider myself an intelligent person who kept up on healthy eating, weight-loss trends and exercise! At that point I was at the gym 3-4 times a week with no significant results. Thanks to Lesslee, I got back to basics and got educated on shopping for the right foods and how to get the most out of the nutritious foods I was eating. Her program isn’t a “diet”. There’s a completely different focus. It’s a gradual process with the focus on changing habits to healthy ones with the side effect of losing weight! With Lesslee’s coaching, I’ve lost 30 lbs. and have gotten back to regular working out. I was able to stop my blood pressure medicine also! Her caring guidance teaches you how to make the best choices to provide your body with what it needs to perform at its best. She was not only there for accountability, but also to help you over the rough spots. I never felt hungry or deprived, so can keep at this forever, not just for the prescribed time of a diet.
